The Pregnancy Centre holds in strict confidence all information provided by clients who call, email, or come to the Centre, unless the client or someone else is a imminent risk of harm, as required by law.

It is our legal duty to meet the standards that protect and secure the personal information you provide to us on the internet. For your protection we discourage you from sharing personal information about your situation over the internet. In granting us permission to reply to your email, please consider the confidentiality of any reply you may receive. The purpose of the email function is to assist you in making an appointment to see a peer support worker.
We do not enter into a client relationship or service online.

We collect personal information from visitors to our website as follows:

  • From persons requesting information: your name, address, postal code, phone number.
  • Your personal and identifiable information will not be given to anyone outside the organization or third party unless specific permission is received.
  • We do not sell, rent, lease or exchange your personal information with other organization or business.
  • The information is used to better understand your needs and to develop programs to enhance the services we provide.
  • Donation information is used to prepare receipts for Income Tax purposes.
